Contract manufacturing

PEC Electronic Services offer their extensive contract manufacturing facilities to external customers. Manufacture can be carried out on a "finished goods" basis, or on a "subassembly" basis, for manufacture of items such as Plated Through Hole (PTH) or Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Printed Circuit Assemblies (PCAs).

Short-run or low-volume products can be manufactured extremely competitively using our "build-to-order" production systems and processes which are heavily weighted toward customisation. High-volume production is even more competitive.

Best known for some of the brands we have manufactured (including the Cardax range of security access control equipment, the 8850 family of retail automation equipment, and the FST range of point-of-sale equipment), we offer a full range of production services from simple assembly & test work (where customers provide all components) right through to turn-key systems involving procurement, manufacture, warehousing and technical support.

• 5000 sq m factory currently employing approx 125 staff.
